Lois brings an exceptionally high level of energy and motivation to her real estate clients. A perceptive listener, she also has a knack for effectively communicating and negotiating with a wide range of personality types. Her top priority is to make certain each and every client experiences a smooth transaction - from start to finish.
Prior to joining the real estate profession, Lois spent several years working as an executive secretary. Before that, her husband’s career in radio broadcast journalism brought them to Huntsville, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; and Portland, Oregon. While in Huntsville - the home of the U.S. Army’s Missile Command Center at Redstone Arsenal and NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, Lois was employed as an executive secretary with a prestigious aerospace firm. In this capacity she was able to assist many executives successfully.
Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Brooklyn College.
A native New Yorker, she resides in Woodland Hills with her husband and their two children. Lois has spent many years actively supporting charitable organizations which benefit the community, especially those which positively impact children. She also finds volunteering in the classroom to be a highly rewarding experience.

Karen Hellerstein, estate agent at Rodeo Realty in Calabasas, specializes in working with equestrian, gated and estate-style single-family homes in and around the Greater San Fernando Valley.
Leveraging 20 years of industry experience, Karen brings an incredibly strong working knowledge of all facets of the business. Her clients especially value her uncompromising dedication, sharp negotiation skills, as well as her keen marketing and financial expertise. Her number one goal is to ensure the smoothest transaction possible for all of her clients - whether they are buying or selling.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Karen has first-hand knowledge of area communities including a firm grasp of the various award-winning school districts and other important neighborhood attributes.
A few of Karen’s career highlights include experience serving as chief financial officer of a real estate company and participation in the creation of an escrow division within a real estate company. She is currently a member of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Karen actively supports important non-profit organizations such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Heart Association, Haven Hills and various groups supporting breast cancer research. She resides with her family in the Chatsworth area.
